Was ist denn da los?

Hört sich nach Markenstreit an... möglicherweise hat eine andere Firma die Marke "Vantage" geschützt, deshalb der Hinweis auf die Websites mit ähnlicher URL und Produkte, die man dort kaufen kann.
Konnte aber auf http://www.wipo.int/romarin keine Marke "Vantage" finden, die für Tennisschläger (NICE Klasse 280081) oder Sportgeräte im Allgemeinen registriert wäre.

im Talk bei TWE kann ich den Thread dazu nicht finden aber google zeigt ihn an

der paul angell (in england und ex-dunlop mann) hat sich mit dem sven (vantage international, usa) offensichtlich zurstritten und die kommen vor den kadi. irgendwo las ich daß die us-firma, welche von der englischen mutter die weltweiten vertriebsrechte bekommen hatte, seit februar ihren obulus nicht mehr entrichtet.

ich glaube aber da brodelt es seit längerer zeit. hatte mich als user registriert (und auch als coach), dann kam so ein schönes werbeschreiben, daß man leute wie mich sucht (damit wir wohl die keulen verkaufen, versteht sich), doch ich habe nie das password zu den coach-ek's bekommen. hat mich auch nicht sonderlich interessiert, da ich in österreich keine möglichkeit habe die keulen mal "probezufahren", und rein auf verdacht, daß das was gutes sein könnte, gleich einen batzen geld hinzublättern war mir zu blöd. aber eine trainer-ek liste habe ich bislang allemal immer bekommen, ob ich dann auch bestellt habe oder nicht.

Unfortunately as of Thursday April 18, 2012 Vantage Tennis Int’l LLC was forced to immediately terminate its relationship with its Brand Consultant Paul Angell due to his involvement in numerous unethical business transactions that do not reflect the values and beliefs of our company and are not in the interest of our valued and loyal customers.
We deeply regret that we were forced to take this course of action.
We are dedicated to maintain and grow our client base, our quality of products and services as we move forward during these tumultuous time.

das einzige was nicht so ganz stimmt ist eigentlich das paul angell der gründer von vantage ist und nicht der von den amis angestellte "brand consultant". wer sich die rechte über den namen gesichert hat ist eine andere sache, auch sind eigentlich die amis (sven &co.) später hinzugekommen, anfangs wurde von paul angell aus england verkauft (hauptsächlich in den amerikanischen markt).
